Heal Anxiety & PTSD through EMDR and Experiential Therapy
Life can be overwhelming. Unexpected circumstances and sudden twists can leave you feeling stuck and isolated while others seem to be thriving.
You may be here because…
You feel disconnected from yourself, others, or the world around you
Completing everyday tasks feels exhausting or overwhelming
You struggle to stay present in conversations or relationships
You experience intrusive thoughts, nightmares, panic, or emotional numbness
Your past continues to affect how you feel, react, trust, or cope today
Anxiety or depression has made life feel smaller, heavier, or harder to manage
You want more than just “getting by” — you want to feel grounded, confident, and fully alive again
From lost to found, your path to healing
I believe symptoms and struggles are meaningful responses to life experiences and that healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, deeper self-understanding, and mind-body connection.
Whether through therapy in my office, EMDR, experiential therapy outdoors, or movement-based approaches, you will be given the space and tools you need to thrive and heal. Our work together will be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin—only a willingness to start where you are.
Therapy at Found Again Counseling is Personalized to Your Unique Goals
Every healing journey is different. Therapy at Found Again Counseling is tailored to your individual needs, strengths, experiences, and goals, creating a space where meaningful growth can occur at your own pace.
Building Safety & Connection
We begin by understanding your concerns, your story, and what brings you to therapy.
A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work together.
Many of our deepest wounds occur in relationships, and healing often happens through experiencing safety, trust, and connection with another person.
Education, Skills & Growth
As our work progresses, you'll gain practical tools to support emotional well-being and lasting change.
This may include mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT), nervous system regulation, self-awareness, communication skills, and accountability.
Together, we will explore patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
Adventure & Experiential Healing
For clients interested in experiential work, therapy can extend beyond the office.
Adventure-based experiences such as hiking, climbing, biking, or other outdoor activities can provide powerful opportunities for self-discovery, resilience, and growth.
These experiences often help clients apply therapeutic skills in real-world settings while deepening their connection to themselves and the world around them.
Our Process
Healing begins within the safety of relationship.
From there, we build the skills and awareness needed for lasting change.
As confidence and resilience grow, therapy can move into deeper experiential work that challenges old patterns, expands perspective, and supports living a more meaningful, found again kind of life.

EMDR Individual Therapy Intensives
Available in-person, in Colorado
Sometimes painful experiences become stored in the nervous system in a way that keeps us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or reactive long after the event has passed. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body process unresolved experiences so they no longer carry the same emotional charge.
EMDR can support healing from trauma, anxiety, panic, phobias, grief, betrayal, distressing memories, and deeply held negative beliefs about oneself.
Rather than spending months talking around an issue, EMDR helps your nervous system reprocess experiences at their root, creating space for relief, resilience, and lasting change.
