From lost to found, your path to healing
I believe symptoms and struggles are meaningful responses to life experiences and that healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship, deeper self-understanding, and mind-body connection.
Whether through therapy in my office, EMDR, experiential therapy outdoors, or movement-based approaches, you will be given the space and tools you need to thrive and heal. Our work together will be tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin—only a willingness to start where you are.
Our Process
Building safety & connection. Healing begins within the safety of relationship.
From there, we build the skills and awareness needed for lasting change. We will explore patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
As confidence and resilience grow, therapy can move into deeper experiential work that challenges old patterns, expands perspective, and supports living a more meaningful, found again kind of life.

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Investing in therapy is an investment in your well-being. Our private-pay approach allows us to provide thoughtful, individualized care without the limitations of insurance requirements, giving you greater choice, privacy, and flexibility throughout your healing journey.
Choosing the Right Support
Found Again Counseling does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 988 or your local emergency services.
There are also some areas where a specialist or higher level of care may be more appropriate, including:
Addiction or substance use requiring intensive treatment
Eating disorders needing specialized care or a higher level of support
Children needing intensive play therapy services
Children with significant attachment disorders
Children with complex PTSD requiring specialized trauma treatment
High-conflict co-parenting or custody cases
Severe behavioral disorders requiring intensive family systems intervention
If you're unsure whether we're the right fit, I welcome the conversation. Together, we can explore what support would be most helpful and identify the resources that best align with your current needs and goals.
